The KiltsHub Guarantee

If your purchase isn’t perfect, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, resalable condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@kiltshub.com to start the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Ship the item to our address. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Important Exceptions & Notes

  • Custom Kilts: Personalized, made-to-order, and custom kilts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Bargain Bin items are final sale. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any item that does not meet our resale condition policy.

Exchanges for International Customers

For a faster exchange, we recommend the following:

  1. Place a new order for the desired replacement kilt.
  2. Return your original item for a refund using the standard process above.

You can combine this new kilt with other items in an order to save on shipping costs.

Refunds

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
