📦 Order Processing & Production

All our kilts are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and perfect fit for your measurements.

  • Processing Time: Orders begin processing within 1 business day after placement
  • Production Time: 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • No Weekend/Holiday Shipping: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping through our trusted carrier partners:

DHL Express

  • UK Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • USA Delivery: 5-8 business days
  • Fully trackable via DHL website

FEDEX Express

  • UK Delivery: 4-6 business days
  • USA Delivery: 6-9 business days
  • Fully trackable via FedEx website

DPEX Express

  • UK Delivery: 8-10 business days
  • Economy shipping option

Note: Deliveries to remote locations may take 1-2 additional days. Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • International Shipping: $15 flat rate worldwide
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $299
  • Import Fees: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their country

Stay informed about your order every step of the way:

  • Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment
  • Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of shipping
  • Monitor your package through the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or DPEX)
  • Use our Order Tracking Tool for real-time updates

⚡ Rush Order Service

Need your kilt urgently? Our rush service prioritizes your order:

  • Moves your order to the front of the production queue
  • Additional rush fee applies per item
  • Operating hours: Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • 90-Day Exchange Window: Exchange eligible items within 90 days of delivery
  • Damaged Items: Exchange for damaged or incorrect items only
  • Condition: Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags
  • Non-Returnable: Custom-made kilts cannot be returned unless damaged

❌ Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be confirmed by our customer service team
  • 20% restocking fee for cancellations after production begins (next business day)
  • Email support to request cancellation
  • In-stock items (marked “STOCK” in product title) have different cancellation terms

📧 Order Confirmation & Communication

  • Order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking number sent when your order ships
  • Check spam/junk folders if emails are not received
  • Contact us if you don’t receive order confirmation within 24 hours
